Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded.

You may send the statement by email or letter. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, payments received for the affected contract will be refunded without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. Unless otherwise agreed, the same payment method used for the original transaction will be used. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Digital content and early expiry
WP AI Label Pro is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. The right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the 14-day period only if all applicable statutory requirements are met, including that the consumer expressly consents to supply beginning before the withdrawal period expires, expressly acknowledges the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, supply begins, and the required contract confirmation records that consent and acknowledgement.
Where immediate delivery is offered, the checkout consent must not be pre-selected. The consent should use clear wording such as: “I expressly consent to WP AI Label Pro being supplied before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once supply of the digital content begins.”
If the necessary consent, acknowledgement, supply or confirmation requirements are not met, the statutory right of withdrawal is not treated as having expired merely because a download was made available.

Refunds and defective digital products
Refunds are provided where required by the statutory right of withdrawal, mandatory warranty or digital-product conformity rights, or another applicable legal obligation. Nothing on this page excludes remedies for a product that is defective, not supplied or not in conformity with the contract.
