2. General information
We process personal data only where necessary to operate and secure the website, process orders and payments, supply WP AI Label Pro, communicate with customers, comply with legal obligations or where processing is based on valid consent. The legal basis depends on the purpose and may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is operated using a hosting service provider. When the website is accessed, technically necessary server data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested page or file, browser and operating-system information, referring website, status codes and security or error information.
This processing is used to provide the website securely and reliably and to detect misuse or attacks. Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law. Hosting and technical service providers act as recipients or processors where applicable.
4. Freemius checkout, orders and payments
Purchases of WP AI Label Pro are processed through a checkout operated by Freemius, Inc., an authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Freemius may process contact and billing details, country and postal code, order and product details, prices and tax information, payment method and status, licence information, download entitlements, device and security information and technical request data.
Freemius calculates the final price and applicable taxes, collects payment, provides the checkout and transaction documentation, and shares the information required with us to supply WP AI Label Pro, provide updates and support, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. 5. Customer accounts
Pro customer accounts, licence keys, order history and download entitlements are managed through the Freemius customer dashboard. We may receive the customer and licence information required to deliver the product and provide support. Account deletion requests remain subject to contract performance, security requirements, statutory retention duties and legal claims.
6. Digital downloads, activation and updates
WP AI Label Pro uses Freemius infrastructure for licence delivery, activation, customer downloads and software updates. Depending on the requested function, limited technical data may be processed, such as a purchase or licence identifier, website domain, installed plugin version, WordPress or PHP version, IP address and request time. This data is used to validate the licence, provide downloads and updates, secure the service and provide support.
The Free version does not intentionally transmit usage analytics or telemetry merely because it is installed. Download events may be recorded with IP address, date, time and technical status to provide and protect the download.
7. Payment providers
Freemius may offer card payments and PayPal and may use payment providers such as Credit card and PayPal to process and secure a transaction. Those providers may process contact, transaction, payment, device and security information internationally under their own privacy information and applicable transfer mechanisms. We do not receive complete card details.
8. Freemius as international recipient
Freemius, Inc. is based in the United States. International transfers are made only where permitted under applicable data-protection law, for example on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
